How We Recruit

Our 5-Step Recruitment Process

A rigorous, transparent process ensuring only the most qualified seafarers represent our principals.

Step 1

Sourcing & Initial Screening

We receive applications daily through our extensive advertising network and strong industry reputation. All applications are carefully reviewed and entered into our crew database.

Step 2

Telephone Interview

Shortlisted candidates are contacted for an initial telephone interview to verify their background and explain our recruitment process. Qualified candidates are then invited to our office for a face-to-face interview.

Step 3

Reference Check

We verify each candidate's employment history by contacting their previous employers. For senior officers, we contact the superintendent responsible for the vessels where they served. All certificates are also authenticated at this stage.

Step 4

Face-to-Face Interview

All candidates meet with our experienced recruiters in person. This session evaluates not only background and experience, but also personality, leadership qualities, and suitability for sea service.

Step 5

Final Assessment & Recommendation

After a thorough review of sea service history, conduct, and qualifications, selected candidates are formally recommended to shipowners. Only the most suitable candidates are presented.
