PT KIA MARINDO JUSEMA is an independent Indonesian manning agency with roots going back to 2008. For over 15 years, we have been dedicated to supplying qualified Indonesian seafarers to reputable shipping companies across Korea, China, and beyond.
The Beginning
Founded as PT. METEORS SERVICE MARINDO in November 2008, our journey began with a clear mission: supply qualified Indonesian seafarers to Korean and international shipping companies.
A New Identity
Rebranded to PT. KIA MARINDO JUSEMA in August 2016, reflecting our expanded capabilities and stronger industry presence. We secured MLC 2006 certification and ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

STIP Jakarta graduate, former ship engineer and crewing manager. Founded PT Meteors Service Marindo (2008) and later PT KIA MARINDO JUSEMA (2016).

Extensive experience across multiple Indonesian crewing agencies. Joined KIA MARINDO JUSEMA in 2023 to lead crew recruitment operations.
